There is ironing service?
Yes, but this service is extra and paid per hour.
Do I need to be in my home or department during the cleaning?
No, you can leave your keys at reception if you live in apartment and our cleaner will pick it up and enter the department to make the cleaning. If you live at home you need to be there, unless you leave the keys in a safe place before coordination.
How can I change the date of my service?
You can change the date and time 36 hours before the service. With less of that time will be counted as performed cleaning.
Can I cancel the service?
You can cancel the service at least 36 hours in advance, otherwise no money will be refunded.
How I pay?
You can pay with a bank transfer or shortly by transbank.
Can I schedule for cleaning every week?
Yes, you can schedule the cleaning for every week and month and you will have a 10% discount.
What type of cleaning you made?
We have two types of cleaning:

1. Maintenance Cleaning: It’s made once a week to maintain your home cleaned.

2. Full cleaning: For this, you need between 2 or 3 cleaning ladies, it is suggested if the house / apartment didn’t have a regular cleaning for more than 3 weeks, if has been neglected the cleaning or if there is a change of house / apartment . It also consists of grooming "inside" the home (in the pantry, drawers, closet, refrigerator), move furniture to clean under them and also the cleanliness of the grill or barbecue.
What’s in the full cleaning?
Work with 2, 3 or 4 cleaners at the same time. During this cleaning we move all the furniture, the whole house is cleaned including internal cleaning of refrigerator, grill, barbecue, pantry, furniture drawers and closet. This cleaning is recommended when the house had no maintenance in over a month or when there is a change of house, because is a very detailed cleaning that takes much longer than a routine clean.

Which is the time cleaning service?
The cleaning service is between 8:30 and 20:30 hrs. From Monday to Sunday.
